Tuesday and Wednesday running groups are firing up and Nicola will be on board to boost numbers and encourage those who don’t think they are up for interval training. Toby is on the Pool Deck at the Manly pool coaching more squads than ever and the Bayside Multisport Tri Club has heaps of new members, young and old, ready for the second half of the triathlon season. For the Ironman athletes and stronger bike riders we are pushing the endurance boundaries on the Australia Day weekend with back to back rides to Upper Beechmont and O’ Reilly’s in Lamington National Park.
