Coached sessions are available for all athletes, not just those athletes on a personal training program.
Interval Running Sessions
There is no better way to improve your running than to do structured running interval sessions. Coach Toby conducts interval sessions that cater for all abilities and ages of athletes. In addition to interval sessions, there are also hill sessions and time trials.
Running drills and running technique is also a key feature of Toby’s sessions.

Squad fees are $16.00 for a casual and $160 for a ten pass, including pool entry
