No generic programs with Next Level Tri Training. Programs are individualized to ensure a balance with everyday life, work and family. We understand that most athletes are unable to commit the long hours to training like pro triathletes.
Programs include an individual period plan with session schedules and build phases for goal events. A customised online plan, with no subscription fee, detailing daily sessions in Swim, Bike, Run and Gym, includes volume intensity and session focus.
In addition to the detailed training plan you will receive advise on race and training nutrition, race pacing advise. Bike set up, swim stroke technique and dietary advise is also available.
Regular coach contact via text, website, telephone, athlete forum and in person, as well as access to coached sessions and group rides.
