Mooloolaba and Melbourne
Mooloolaba and Melbourne
What a busy two weekends for our great Next Level Triathletes. There were 16 Next Level athletes competing in Mooloolaba and without exception all had awesome races in the tough hot conditions. Too many great performances to mention individually but congratulations to you all.
Then this last weekend we were in Melbourne to support Sian, Ronnan, Denise Russell and Leanne. Typically grey and cool in Melbourne but the results were bright and shiny. Awesome guys

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to all athletes and would be athletes. Now is the time to make good your New Year resolutions. Tuesday and Wednesday running groups are firing up and Nicola will be on board to boost numbers and encourage those who don’t think they are up for interval training. Toby is on the Pool Deck at the Manly pool coaching more squads than ever and the Bayside Multisport Tri Club has heaps of new members, young and old, ready for the second half of the triathlon season. For the Ironman athletes and stronger bike riders we are pushing the endurance boundaries on the Australia Day weekend with back to back rides to Upper Beechmont and O’ Reilly’s in Lamington National Park. Buckle up!
Take your performances to the Next Level In 2014.
The wind was blowing last weekend for the Australian Ironman in Port Maquarie but there were no blow ups from the Next Level Tri Coaching athletes. Congratulations to Sian Reece and Karen Short for another awesome Ironman result and very well done to first timers Brendon Boyd, Brad Booth and Daryl Keast who all raced hard and smart.
Next stop Cairns when we will have another six athletes competing on the beautiful Capricorn coast
